Dailycaltor started with a simple frustration: many calculator websites are slow, cluttered and give a number without explaining it. We wanted tools that load instantly, work well on a phone, and teach the math behind the result.
What we believe
Answers should be instant. Every calculator updates as you type.
Your numbers are yours. All calculations happen in your browser. We don't collect what you enter.
Working should be visible. Each page explains the formula, gives a worked example and answers common questions in plain language.
How we create and review content
Each calculator is built from standard, published formulas and tested against hand-worked examples before it goes live. Pages are written for each language by people who understand local terms, such as GST in India or IVA in Spain, rather than translated word for word. When tax rates, conventions or guidance change, we update the page and the review date shown at the bottom.
How the site is funded
Dailycaltor is free to use. To cover hosting and development, we may show advertising from Google AdSense. Ads never change how a calculator works or what result it gives. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Who runs Dailycaltor
Dailycaltor is run by Md Zafar Alam from Asansol, West Bengal, India. He builds the calculators, checks the formulas and is responsible for the content in every language.
What we are not
We are not accountants, lenders or doctors. Our calculators give reliable estimates for planning and learning, but they don't replace advice from a qualified professional. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the contact page.
